Currently connected and focused with GCP INAB PTE LTD as the company’s Director. Navigating and identifying sound investment opportunities with Indian listed companies, government securities, exchange trade funds, and government securities.
Oshant was formerly at IQ-EQ Mauritius (previously ‘SGG Mauritius’), a management
company where he was a Corporate Administrator for 5 years. He acquired a wide
range of expertise such as administering a portfolio of high-net worth clients, advising
clients on tax matters and company setup and licensing amongst others. Oshant has also
acquired a more in-depth knowledge of the global business industry by working for Rogers
Capital, another management company in Mauritius for nearly 2 years as a Senior
Administrator within the business development team of Rogers Capital. He has assisted clients
set up various global business license companies, various special licence such as CIS
Manager Licence, Close-End Fund, Collective Investment Schemes and as well assist in trust
formation amongst others. Oshant is a memberof the South African Chamber of Commerce in
Mauritius. Oshant is a member of the South African Chamber of Commerce in Mauritius. Oshant is in the final stages of completing his ACCA (‘Association of Chartered Certified Accountants’) qualification.

Riad Aubdool
Riad is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. He is registered with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants, both as a professional and public accountant. Riad is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
Riad has over 25 years of professional experience in financial services. His experience ranges from accounting, auditing, tax compliance, consulting, fund administration and fund accounting, fund structuring and secretarial. He gathered his experience with 9 years at PwC Mauritius and 12 years with a leading fund administrator.
Riad has administered funds/companies with AUM of approximately USD 26 billion, which included major international financial institutions as clients. He holds directorship in investment managers/advisors and collective investment schemes (open ended and closed ended funds), both listed and unlisted. He has been the Executive Director of one of the major fund administrators in Mauritius, which is a subsidiary of a listed conglomerate.
